UPDATE 1100 – OIT administrative applications experiencing a degradation of service


Update 1100: As of last night affected services had been moved to a back up servers and were temporarily restored. Replacement hardware was ordered and is being deployed now. Full service restoration is anticipated before the end of the day today.

Update 1615: Here is a list of services affected as a result of the Node12 Host Failure:

3 of the 6 KFS Web Servers, KFS Staging Server, Apollo Email, KFS Batch Server, 1 of the 2 OITA Web Servers, Xfer File Transfer Server, Apps Server

At 3:00PM OIT Help Desk received word that some administrative applications may have some service degradation.

Our technicians are aware of the issue and are working towards a resolution.

No ETA at this time.

Status: Resolved


The issue was resolved. All services are back online and our technicians are working to complete hardware replacement.
