OIT Software Licensing page is down. (


At 11:55AM the OIT Help Desk noticed that was returning an error page.
The issue has been reported to the teams responsible for the page.

We will update this Service Alert as more information becomes available.

Status: Resolved


OIT staff restarted the service, which has resolved the problem. We will continue to look into the cause to mitigate future service interruptions.
