UPDATE 1420. Outage for the ConnexxUC travel portal


UPDATE 1420. Unfortunately, per Trondent – our UC travel portal site was up briefly -but was not strong enough to remain or hold steady. Thus, we had some users at the same campus able to log in while others were not.

Thank you all for your patience and assistance in testing as we work through this event. Please know that Trondent and our team are currently investigating and diligently working to address and resolve the intermittent issues.

Trondent reports that they will continue to work on a permanent solution. We will keep you apprised as we receive more information.

Our Single Sign On host Trondent, has just reported an outage for the ConnexxUC travel portal.

Trondent is currently experiencing an issue with the login process from our SSO to their database. Trondent’s Network Operation’s team is working on a solution and will be providing updates.
