UPDATE 1220. Outlook Web App (OWA) Service Degradation

UPDATE 1220. Microsoft determined that a recent change contained a code regression that resulted in authentication failures within Outlook Web App. They have disabled the deployment and are currently in the process of rolling the affected change back.

Some users are now able to access OWA successfully.

Thank you for your continued patience.

UPDATE 1045. For the time being, we suggest two alternatives to access your email:

1) Instead of visiting please try the following URL instead (replace UCInetID with your actual UCInetID)
2) If you’re still having issues, use the desktop/thick client for Outlook. You can visit for instructions on how to configure the client.

We are aware of reports of a Outlook Web App (OWA) service degradation. When some users attempt to login to, they receive a Microsoft error message that reads “Sorry, we are having trouble signing you in.” Some users are able to access OWA after using a different browser or tab.

Our admins are aware and investigating into the issue. No ETA at this time.
