UPDATE 1640. Outlook Web App (OWA)/Skype for Business Service Degradation

UPDATE 1640. Microsoft has identified the root cause of the issue and is working quickly to resolve it. Thanks for your continued patience. In the interim, feel free to use a desktop email client or mobile email client, as the issue appears to be solely with the web client.

We are investigating reports from users who are reporting that they are unable to view message previews in OWA. In addition, some users are reporing issues with Skype for Business in OWA. Our technicians responsible for the service are aware and are investigating.

No ETA for a resolution at this time.

Service restored late Wednesday evening.
