  • Data Warehouse queries failing with errors

    Multiple users are reporting they are receiving the following error when trying to run queries: “28265503 java sql error too many connections errors” We are aware of the issue and are working towards a resolution. Thank you for your patience.

    The issue appears to be resolved, SNAP was having intermittent issues.

  • WebVPN signing users out when using Chrome (other browsers working normally)

    While using the Chrome browser, users are reporting that the WebVPN is signing them out of their sessions after a brief while. We are able to verify this issue as well.   • UCI Gmail Service Issues

    Some users are reporting that they are experiencing delays receiving their UCI Gmail. Google is aware of the issue and is working on a resolution. No ETA as of right now.

  • Telephones down in Med Sci Plaza on campus

    We are slowly restoring telephone service and are working quickly to restore service to 100%. Thank you for your patience. Currently we do not have an ETA. Thank you for your patience.

  • CenterPoint Voice Connections Are Down

    The Center Point Phone and Data System is experiencing a problem again and AT&T has been contacted but we don’t have an ETA as of yet
