UPDATE 13:45. ResNet Service Degradation


UPDATE 1345. Thank you for your continued patience. Our administrators are still investigating the root cause, but in the interim we’ve implemented a workaround. Your routers should now be able to obtain an IP address, which means your network connection should be working. In the event that you’re still having issues, please reboot your router and wait a few minutes for it to grab a new IP address. Please let us know if you still have an issue after restarting your router.

We are investigating reports of an intermittent ResNet service degradation affecting some residents in the 8700 building of Palo Verde, as well as the 1100-1200 buildings in Alturas and buildings 1700-1800 in Verano Place. Thank you for your continued patience.
