Phone issues in University Research Park


Just after 8:00AM on Friday May 22nd, 2015 Desktop Support Services team members passed a report to Telecom Customer Support and Help Desk that groups in 5141 and 5171 in URP were having intermittent phone issues. Users receive a fast busy signal and a ‘Congestion’ error message on their LCD display.
Technician from Telecom Operations are aware of the issue and are working to resolve the problem. We do not have an ETA for resolution at this time. We will update as soon as we have more information.

Status: Resolved
