PPS/WebEDB Service Degradation


We are investigating reports of a PPS/WebEDB Service Degradation. Some users are reporting that they are unable to access CICSPP9. They are getting the error message,’PP9 is unavailable because system PIRP is not available.’

We’ve opened a ticket with UCOP and will provide updates as we receive them.

Status: Resolved


An unannounced system maintenance window resulted in CICSPP9 being temporarily unavailable. Service has been restored.
