UPDATE 1545. The issue with the application code has been identified, and an emergency change will be deployed shortly to fix the problem.
We are investigating reports of a Rush Check Request service degradation. Users are getting the error “Employee lookup failed to return any matches” whenever they enter an employee’s ID#.
