UPDATE 1130. SDSC Service Degradation

Description:

UPDATE 1130. The issue appears to be on the SDSC side of the link. They have identified the issue and services are slowing being restored.

We are investigating reports of a San Diego Supercomputer Center (SDSC) service degradation. Omnicenter is showing a number of hosts in the San Diego Supercomputer Center are unreachable. Our Network Engineering, Security, and DCI teams are investigating. No ETA at this time.
