ServiceNow Service Degradation

Description:

Currently there is a backlog of outgoing email in ServiceNow. We have contacted and escalated this issue to a lead engineer to resolve. The root cause is still being identified but a work around is in place to allow email to go out, but it is still an impacted process. We will update as we receive word from the ServiceNow engineers.
