SRF Service Degradation


We are investigating reports of a SRF (Service Request Form) service degradation. When users attempt to submit a SRF, they receive error message “There was an error validating KFS Account # from KFS Web Services.” Some users have been able to submit after waiting 15 minutes.

Our admins are aware of the ongoing issue. No ETA at this time.
