UPDATE 1/23 @ 3PM: University Advancement Call Center is down

UPDATE 1/23 @ 3PM: Service has been restored and calls can now be made from the Call Center.

UPDATE 1/22 @ 11:40PM: We are still working with the vendor on the issue. NO ETA. Thank you for your patience.

UPDATE 1/22 @ 930PM. We are in communication with the vendor and they are investigating the issue.

We are getting reports that the University Advancement Call Center is down. The PRI at the Call Center appears to have a loopback on it. Our technicians are aware and are working towards a resolution

No ETA at this time.

Service has been restored and calls can now be made from the Call Center. Vendor is working with OIT to provide a post-mortem.
