UPDATE 1500 [UCI Health Clients] Network (Wired & Wireless) Degradation in Multiple Buildings


UPDATE 1500: Network Engineers in tandem with UCI Health have identified the issue to lie with UCI Health’s DHCP servers. UCI Health IT is reporting that service is restored. Please attempt to reconnect to the network and contact the HS Help Desk at 949.824.3434 if you are a HS supported user and still experience any issue.

We are investigating reports of network connection issues in multiple locations including: AIRB, Gottschalk Medical Plaza, & University Research Park A.

Network engineers are currently investigating this issue and field technicians have been dispatched. No ETA at this time.

Status: Resolved


HS IT has reported this issue is resolved.
