UPDATE 1430. UCInetID Password Change Service Degradation


UPDATE 1430. The UCinetID Activation tool is currently offline, so new users (including Applicants) are unable to activate their UCInetIDs as well. Our administrators are working to resolve the issue. Thank you for your continued patience.

UPDATE 1230. We are still investigating the issue. Thank you for your continued patience.

We are investigating reports of a service degradation for UCInetID password change/resets. Users are receiving a “Unknown error during Kpasswd” error message. We have notified the team responsible for this service. No ETA at this time.

Status: Resolved


Service has been restored.
