Update 1355: UCLC Degradation


Update 1355: The vendor has identified the issue and their technicians are working on a resolution. No ETA at the time.

We are receiving reports of login issues for UCLC. Clearing cache and cookies temporarily resolves the issue, but it reoccurs. The OP/vendor is looking into it. No ETA at the time.
