UPDATE 1400. UCLC Service Degradation


UPDATE 1400, 5/1. We hope to have service fully restored by tomorrow (Thursday), May 2. Thank you for your continued patience.

UPDATE 1400. We hope to restore service by the end of business today. We will have more information later. Thank you.

UPDATE 1330. The vendor hopes to restore service by 3pm PST. We apologize for the delay, and thank you for your continued patience.

UPDATE 0930. Update from the vendor: service should be restored by 12pm.

UPDATE 0800. Service should be restored later this AM.

We are investigating reports of a UCLC service degradation. Users are reporting that they are not seeing the “Start” button when they attempt to begin a training module.

The vendor (SumTotal) has been made aware and will most likely bring the UC Learning Center website down for maintenance sometime today, tomorrow (4/30) at the latest, to remedy the issue. Service will be restored just as soon as the vendor identifies and fixes the problem.

Users who have required training classes (including Bio Sci majors who need to complete the Bio Sci 194 training module by the end of the Spring quarter) should rest assured that service will be restored soon.
