UPDATE 1600. Unable to Connect to Apple Services on ResNet Mobile Access & Wired ResNet

Update 1600. According to our admins, Apple has identified the issue to be on their end and are implementing a fix soon. Thanks for your continued patience.

Update 1315: Issue appears to be with Apple’s DNS servers. Our administrators are still investigating the issue and developing a workaround/solution.

We’re receiving reports over the last 24 hours of users who are unable to download iOS updates, macOS updates or access *.apple.com sites from both RMA & the graduate communities.

Users can use Google DNS servers temporarily to access Apple Services. The DNS server is 8.8.8.8

Resolution:

Apple has fixed the problem and it should be working now. Please test it out and let us know if you continue to have any issues.
