WebVPN signing users out when using Chrome (other browsers working normally)


While using the Chrome browser, users are reporting that the WebVPN is signing them out of their sessions after a brief while. We are able to verify this issue as well.

As this issue appears to be browser-specific, we do not have an ETA yet as to when it will be resolved. Other browsers (Firefox, IE and Safari) are operating normally.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Users of Chromebooks may want to consider using a different computer to connect to the WebVPN in the interim.

OIT recommends using the Software VPN whenever possible. There are no issues when using the Software VPN.
