WebVPN users are getting Server Code 500 errors when attempting to use KFS.


UPDATE 12/9: The issue has been resolved. Thank you for your patience and please let us know if you continue to have any issues.


UPDATE: 11/26: The programmers have implemented a change and are doing further testing. More to follow but preliminary tests show that the issue appears to have been resolved.

Users are reporting that when using the WebVPN ( to access KFS, they receive an error when clicking links (such as Action List items or TEM Profile creation). Our technicians are working towards a resolution, but in the interim we recommend either downloading and running the software VPN (instructions for doing so can be found here: or using a computer while on-campus.
