UPDATE 800: Wired ethernet connection connection issues for certain UCI groups and departments


UPDATE 800: Users are reporting they are unable to access OWA and other AD resources. We are still investigating.

Our technicians are looking into this issue.  UCInet Mobile Access WIFI is still available for use.  Thank you for your patience.

Status: Resolved


Service has been restored. The issue affected users who connect to the AD domain (e.g managed desktops, OWA users etc). A change in a network configuration prevented users from connecting to the domain. The security team was able to resolve the issue.
