Time to Renew Your Canva License!

July 10, 2025

It’s that time of year again! Faculty and staff currently using Canva through UCI are reminded to renew their licenses to ensure uninterrupted access to this powerful design platform. Licenses can be easily purchased or renewed through AntSoft.

Please note: UCI students currently receive free access to Canva and do not need to renew or purchase a license at this time.

Benefits of Canva

Canva enables you to develop professional-quality visuals, presentations, documents, and more—all within an easy-to-use, web-based platform. Key benefits include:

  • User-Friendly: No design experience is necessary; Canva’s drag-and-drop interface allows anyone to create stunning content effortlessly.
  • Collaboration: Team up with colleagues by sharing and editing projects together, in real time.
  • Vast Resources: Take advantage of thousands of templates, stock images, icons, and fonts.
  • Brand Consistency: Quickly generate materials that reflect and uphold UCI’s branding guidelines.

How to Renew

  1. Go to AntSoft: Visit oit.uci.edu/antsoft/ and log in using your Microsoft Active Directory (AD) credentials.
