Adobe Licensing Changes as of July 25, 2023
Due to licensing changes, as of July 25, 2023, Adobe Creative Cloud is no longer available for free to the university. Adobe Acrobat Pro is still available for free to eligible employees. Students are no longer eligible for free licenses for either. Please see “Update on the recent announcement regarding changes to Adobe agreement” for more details.

Adobe Acrobat Professional is a powerful PDF editor and creator that allows you to create, edit, and manage PDF documents with various features, including password protection and document conversion.Acrobat Professional is Available to Eligible Employees
Thanks to the generosity of the Provost’s Office, Acrobat Pro is now ‘free’ to eligible employees including:- Non-UCI Health campus employees
- Student workers who require the software for their jobs
- Contractors.
Students who are not employed by the university are ineligible.

Eligible employees who want to license Adobe Creative Cloud can use the Adobe License Manager to place an order. See the Pricing tab for cost. You will need a KFS account number. A ticket will be generated with billing information so your department can be recharged. Work with your business office to obtain the KFS number. Order Adobe Creative CloudShared Device Licenses
Shared Device Licenses are available for Adobe Acrobat Pro and Adobe Creative Cloud. These licenses are tied to a physical machine, not to an individual user.
