Send a ZotMail

ZotMail is the electronic communication system used to transmit authorized business messages to selected groups of employees on the UC Irvine campus, School of Medicine employees located at UC Irvine Medical Center, and UC Irvine Medical Center employees.

All users are auto-enrolled to a number of Zotmail subscriptions depending on your department. You may add or remove yourself from these ZotMails by selecting the "My Subscriptions" link above.

Can I unsubscribe from *all* ZotMail messages?

No. All current faculty, staff, students, and guests will receive ZotMail messages from any account when the message is specified as Emergency, Mandatory, or Compliance.

As part of UCI’s emergency communication plan, the Chancellor, Provost/EVC, and Vice Chancellor-Administrative and Business Services have the ability to send ZotMail messages to reach the entire UCI community including all unsubscribed users.

  • Your full name
  • Your UCInetID (the first part of your email address, not your ID number)
  • A detailed description of the issue
