Hotel Space
A hotel space is a designated workspace on the UCI campus that is designed to accommodate the needs of hybrid workers who split their time between working remotely and working in the office. These spaces offer a flexible, on-demand workspace that can be reserved or booked on short notice, providing a convenient and professional environment for hybrid workers to work and collaborate with others.
Huddle Rooms
A huddle room is a small, collaborative meeting space that is designed to facilitate communication and collaboration among teams, particularly those that include both remote and in-person participants.
Book a hotel space or huddle room
If you are a hybrid worker, you can now book a hotel workspace or a huddle room for meetings when you are working on campus.
You must be authorized to use the space requested. Check with your space administrator if you cannot book a space.
