MiCollab Downtime for Upgrade
Scheduled for: Monday, Nov 21, 2022 at 6:00 PM to Monday, Nov 21, 2022 at 9:00 PM
Details:
On 11/21/22 from 6pm – 9pm, OIT will upgrade the MiCollab server. During the upgrade, the MiCollab phone service will be unavailable. MiCollab users will not be able to make or receive calls using MiCollab.
After the upgrade, users may be prompted to upgrade their MiCollab PC client software. Users with admin rights on their PCs, should proceed with the PC client upgrade. Users without admin rights on managed PC computers, should decline the client upgrade, and they can expect that their computer support team will perform the upgrade.
