Telephone System Maintenance – Intermittent outages possible
Scheduled for: Thursday, Mar 31, 2022 at 8:00 PM to Friday, Apr 01, 2022 at 12:00 AM
Details:
On Thursday 3/31 from 8 pm until midnight, OIT will be performing maintenance on the phone system. During the maintenance period, the phone system may be down intermittently. All phone services, (including phones, phone lines, Micollab softphones, voicemail, ACD, and call trees), may be affected, but emergency 911 calls from non-campus phones will not be affected.
Technical details: TSE layer 3 routing cutover from CPL & SO2 core switches
