On February 15, 2024 several changes will be made to Teams. This will affect all Teams meetings.
- Only Organizers and presenters will be allowed to present in Teams meetings.
- Only Teams meeting invitees will be automatically admitted to a meeting.
- Anonymous users will no longer be allowed to join meetings.
- Dial-in callers will be directed to the meeting lobby before admitted to a meeting by the organizer
