The Network and Telecommunication Field teams will conduct scheduled maintenance at the Gavin Herbert Eye Institute, 1st Floor, on 4/20/2024 between 9 AM – 1 PM.
Please note that during this period, people on the first floors may experience intermittent loss of wired network connectivity. The planned cable maintenance is labor-intensive, requiring removal and a re-run of all the existing cross-connects. As a result, clients may experience brief outages throughout the window, affecting wired network access.
