Voicemail Downtime for Maintenance
Scheduled for: Wednesday, Aug 07, 2024 at 4:00 AM to Wednesday, Aug 07, 2024 at 8:00 AM
Details:
We’re upgrading our Voicemail system starting at 4 AM and anticipate completion within 2–4 hours. Please note:
- Voicemail services will be unavailable during the upgrade.
- Calls to extensions won’t reach Voicemail.
- Retrieving or leaving Voicemails will not be possible.
- Call controller trees will not process calls.
Normal Voicemail service will resume once the upgrade is finished. Thank you for your understanding.
