During this maintenance window, specific services and systems related to the Registrar and Financial Services will be temporarily unavailable. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we perform necessary updates to improve and secure our systems.

Registrar Services/Systems Unavailable:

  • WebReg
  • LawReg
  • eSOC (Electronic Schedule of Classes)
  • Course Prerequisites Checking
  • PMTV (Parking & Mobility Transportation Video)
  • SFTP file transfers
  • UGA Slate to XNET data updates
  • XNET

Note: Webadmin/StudentAccess will be accessible; however, any submitted updates such as address changes will be on hold and processed post-maintenance.

Financial Services Systems Unavailable:

  • CBSO (Cashiering Business Support Office)
  • eCommerce Solutions
  • DEFT (Direct Entry Financial Transactions)
  • OPAL Cashiering & OPAL-COD (Cashiering Operations Dashboard)
  • SBS (Student Business Services) – Accessible but will not reflect new data updates
  • SLC (Student Loan Collections)
  • TRA (Tax Reporting & Analysis)
  • Zot Account Online & Guest Access
