ResNet Wireless Service Outage in AV, MC, ME, and CV

Between Friday 12/20 and Monday, 12/23, Network Engineers will be performing a software upgrade on the wireless system serving the ResNet communities of Arroyo Vista, Mesa Court, Middle Earth, and Campus Village.
Each building in the above communities will experience a 20-minute service interruption some time during the four-day window, as wireless upgrades are gradually rolled out across all the associated ResNet access points.
- Both the “ResNet Mobile Access” and “eduroam” wireless networks will be impacted.
- Wired services throughout all of ResNet will remain online for the duration of the maintenance.
- No user intervention is required on the part of residents. All services should come back up on their own once the maintenance is complete.
