New Support Hours for Help Desk Starting June 17th

The OIT Help Desk is implementing new support hours that will take effect on June 17th. Our goal is to serve you better by concentrating our support during the times you need us most.


New Help Desk Support Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
  • Holidays: Help Desk Closed

These hours have been carefully selected to optimize our availability while ensuring the quality of support you’ve come to expect from us.

It’s important to note that any calls made outside of these hours will not be answered. Instead, callers will hear a recorded message informing them that the Help Desk is closed.

Callers will be kindly instructed to try reaching us again during our next business day. In addition, please be aware that we will not be checking support tickets outside of these hours. You can send us an email at oit@uci.edu or open a ticket and we will reply as soon as we are back in the office.
