Campus will be changing its enterprise survey solution to QuestionPro. QuestionPro is approved for P3 and P4 data classifications and will be offered at no cost for campuswide use. OIT is retiring its campuswide Qualtrics service on July 1, 2024.

Start using QuestionPro 

We invite you to sign up for QuestionPro using your UCInetID and password. Doing so now will help you get familiarized with the tool prior to the Qualtrics retirement in June.

We’ve provided answers below to some frequently asked questions:

• Can I migrate Qualtrics surveys to QuestionPro?
  • Yes! If you have surveys in your Qualtrics account you would like to continue or keep beyond June 30, you can import them to QuestionPro. Instructions for doing so are available on the OIT website.

• I need to use Qualtrics beyond June 30th, 2024; what can I do?
  • Please let us know if you have a Qualtrics need beyond June 30, 2024 by emailing surveys@uci.edu and contacting your department.
