QuestionPro is a web-based enterprise survey application available to everyone at UCI to build and run online surveys.

Upcoming QuestionPro Training Sessions: March - June 2024

QuestionPro trainers will be providing four training sessions covering how to migrate content from UCI Qualtrics to QuestionPro. If you have projects you need to keep running after July 1st, 2024, you are strongly encouraged to attend one of the following migration training sessions.

QuestionPro is a cloud-based survey platform that provides organizations with a suite of tools to design, manage, and analyze surveys, collect feedback and data from various sources, and improve experiences across the organization.

Survey creation: Quick survey builder guides the survey creation process. QuestionPro provides a variety of survey question types, customization options, and distribution channels to create and distribute surveys to targeted audiences. You can also personalize respondents’ survey experience and track response and completion rates in real-time.
Data analysis: QuestionPro provides a variety of visualization and reporting options to analyze survey data, including real-time dashboards, statistical analysis, and text analytics. You can also use predictive analytics to identify trends and insights from your data.
Send and track participation invitations and reminders
Display survey results, graphically and statistically
Export data to Excel or other applications that work with Excel or .csv file formats
QuestionPro is approved for P1 – P4 level data.

Moving Projects from Qualtrics to QuestionPro

QuestionPro provides a Qualtrics Data Import tool built to facilitate ease of migration from Qualtrics to QuestionPro. This tool allows you to migrate all surveys and responses data from Qualtrics to QuestionPro.
