In coordination with UCI campus partners such as Capital Planning/Space Management, Facilities Management, and Design and Construction Services; OIT provides information technology consulting services for new building projects, department/building renovations, and relocations.
Types of services include support for, but not limited to:
- New Building Construction Support – Infrastructure, network, and telephone initiation, planning, executing, delivering, and closing project support.
- Department/Building Renovation or Relocations – Construction or cabling support including: reviewing existing infrastructure, site evaluation for pathway, MDF/IDF backboard requirements, wired/wireless network equipment.
