In the Spring of 2023, we asked you to complete our OIT Satisfaction Survey to help us get a clearer picture of what OIT products and services are working well and which are in need of improvement. We received our highest response rate yet, and we want to thank you all for taking the time to share your important feedback.

High-Level Overview of Results
OIT Support Area Satisfaction
Our survey covered 24 service areas of support. Each support survey included 6 – 8 standard questions + 1 comment field
- 100% of support areas in OIT were ranked as Good or Excellent for each standard question.
OIT Application and System Satisfaction
The survey covered 45 OIT applications and systems. The system survey portion included 4 standard questions plus one comment field asking for suggestions for improving the service.
- Overall Satisfaction – 93% of OIT systems were ranked as Good or Excellent
- Straightforward and Easy to Use – 82% of OIT systems were ranked as Good or Excellent
- Functions, Features & Capabilities – 93% of OIT systems were ranked as Good or Excellent
- Supports What I Need To Do – 93% of OIT systems were ranked as Good or Excellent
